MusicPromo ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website at music-promo.us, our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Beta and marketing signups. If you join our waitlist or early access list, we collect your email address and may record how you signed up (for example, from our website or link in bio page).

User content. When you use the app, you may import photos, audio files, and other media to create promo videos and electronic press kits. Much of this processing happens on your device. We may also store content you choose to save to your account or sync through the Service.

Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message contents.

Usage and device information. We may collect information about how you use the Service, including app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, and general usage events. This helps us improve reliability and performance.

MusicPromo is designed so that much of your photo, audio, and video processing happens on your device. In many cases, your music and media are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose a feature that requires cloud storage or sync.

When you export or share content, you may send finished videos to third-party apps or platforms using your device's native sharing tools. Those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools, under contractual confidentiality obligations
• Legal and safety reasons when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards
• With your direction when you choose to share content or connect third-party accounts

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
